Excellent location in the heart of downtown. And next to the trains, Next to train station that runs 24/7 and all venues such as the Spokane Arena, Parks. Well-appointed room and big bathroom with a shower and bath sheets. Comfortable pillows and bed.

The rooms were cozy & big size. A microwave and a fridge were a huge plus.

The property was placed in the central location in the heart of downtown. Plus, it was adjacent to the city center and all venues such as the Spokane Arena and trains going by throughout the night.

The location of this motel is very convenient, as it is close to downtown and offers easy access to the city center. The staff at the front desk were polite and accommodating, even allowing us to check in an hour early. The room was comfortable, with a great bed that allowed us to sleep straight through the night. the motel provided a dining option nearby with delicious food and friendly staff.

There were concerns about the cleanliness of the motel, with reports of dirty carpets, moldy shower curtains, and worn-out bedding and towels.

The setting is comfortable and unbeatable, adjacent to all venues, the Spokane Arena, and a very GOOD restuarant, pretty quiet area. Downtown Spokane district is worth your attention.

I got great value for my money at Tiki Lodge Motel. The room was cozy and well-maintained, perfect for a short stay. The location was ideal, with a restaurant right there and a Starbucks just a four-minute walk away. Plus, being downtown, it was close to all the venues and parks in the area. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze and taking care of all my needs.

Great experience there. An exceptionally friendly hotel in a favourable setting with a lot of little extras. Good staff throughout our stay. A double room was clean and the food was appetising. Location short walk to the trains as well as all venues. Also, near downtown.

I stayed at Tiki Lodge Motel for one night and it was perfect for my needs. The manager was very friendly and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was cozy and well-maintained, with a fridge and microwave that came in handy. Mel, one of the staff members, was exceptionally nice and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. The WiFi worked well, and having Frank's Diner right next door was a bonus.
